If you ask Russian photographer and filmmaker Alexander Tikhomirov, a racy salesperson is all that you need to draw a male's attention to a car showroom, but then again, the St. Petersburg-based artist is known for his…how shall we say it delicately…sensual work.

Ailing Seat is Holding VW Group Back, Expansion to the East May Prove its Salvation

In sharp contrast to almost every other mainstream European manufacturer, the VW Group is reporting record sales and profits. The ever-growing Germans do have a thorn on their side, though: Seat, which is the sole money-losing brand in VW’s portfolio, having burned through €1 billion (US$1.24 billion) since 2008 and making a profit only once in the past decade.

Inside, the Leon Mk3 features a contemporary design with an instrument panel that looks very similar to the one found in the latest Audi A3. Seat officials say the materials, finish and attention to details are "at least as good as you can find in the segment above."
